I'm an AI & Tech Leader at monday.com, where I lead strategic AI initiatives across R&D, embedding AI into the company's processes to improve the product and the company's efficiency. Previously, I co-founded adjusti.co, an ecommerce market intelligence platform acquired by Teikametrics in 2020. I hold an MSc in Machine Learning & Data Science from Reichman University.
Organizations I've worked with
Leads strategic AI initiatives across R&D at monday.com: broad, high-impact projects that embed AI into the company's processes to improve the product and the company's efficiency, including autonomous AI agents that find and fix accessibility issues end to end. Previously tech led the Collaborative Work Management group of ~20 developers, an AI-first organization that embeds AI directly into products to do work for customers and improve collaboration between teams and agents, serving millions of users worldwide.
Led engineering post-acquisition, integrating adjusti.co market intelligence platform and team. Created robust system monitoring user behaviors and marketing performance on Amazon, providing unique market data that dramatically improved Teikametrics AI Bidder.
Co-founded with Alon Maltzov (CEO) an ecommerce market intelligence platform providing insights to help customers make better data-driven decisions. Created comprehensive robust datasets for AI algorithms, enabling best results for AI-based bidders. Built product from 0 to 1 and achieved successful acquisition.
One of Israel's most prestigious and selective entrepreneurship programs at Reichman University. An intensive one-year program combining academic excellence with real-world startup development, mentorship from top entrepreneurs and VCs, and access to Israel's thriving tech ecosystem.
Led technology infrastructure and product strategy for audio books platform. Made strategic technology decisions aligned with short and long-term venture objectives, managing a team of 4 developers.
Three principles that guide my approach to building products and leading teams
Building teams on trust, open and honest communication, and egoless environments. I believe in creating spaces where people can speak freely, share ideas without ego, and grow together through transparent dialogue.
Empowering teams with full ownership and a can-do approach. I believe in learning with your hands, rolling up your sleeves, and taking complete responsibility for outcomes. Action over perfection, results over excuses.
Leading without authority through enablement and customer-centric thinking. I focus on removing blockers, enabling teams to make decisions, and keeping the customer at the center of everything we build.
A decade of experience across the full technology stack
MSc in Machine Learning & Data Science. Building AI-first products with AI agents that autonomously complete work. Created ecommerce market intelligence platforms powering AI-based bidders and optimization systems.
Leading strategic AI initiatives across monday.com R&D. Previously tech led ~20 developers in an AI-first organization and led AI adoption across the directorate. Unique experience across all company stages: 0 to 1 (founding), 1 to 100 (early growth), 100 to 1K (scaling), and 1K to 1M+ (massive scale). Expert in technology infrastructure decisions and technical strategy.
Scaled products from tens of thousands to tens of millions of daily requests. Built 24/7 monitoring systems at zip code granularity. Reduced latency 50% through protocol modernization. Led full stack modernization (C# to Node.js/React, Windows to Linux).
Integrated SLOs improving availability from 89% to 99.9% and p99 latency from 84% to 99.9%. Led full refactors deleting 10K+ lines of code. Leading on-call training across international R&D. Knowledge sharing on AI, SLOs, Testing, Observability.
Key achievements that define my journey
Accessibility work always comes after a feature is built, which makes it hard for teams to keep up with. Finding issues used to mean manual audits by external vendors. Leading a project where autonomous AI agents handle the accessibility issues on every new feature. They plug into any point in the process, from a pull request to a live environment, and do all the work up to production, like another team member with a well-defined role.
Featured on monday.com's Startup for Startup podcast (ep. 359)From manual vendor audits to a full handoff to AI agents
Tech led WorkForms from tens of thousands to tens of millions of daily requests. Tech led WorkDocs from hundreds to tens of thousands of blocks. Led the AI-first Collaborative Work Management group, building AI agents that autonomously complete work for customers.
Serving millions of users with AI-powered products
Co-founded adjusti.co (with Alon Maltzov) 100% bootstrap with no funding. Built ecommerce market intelligence platform monitoring Amazon & Walmart 24/7 at zip code level. Served 2,000+ brands globally, trusted by top marketing agencies across Europe, USA & Canada. Acquired by Teikametrics in 2020.
From idea to acquisition, fully bootstrapped
Integrated SLOs in WorkForms improving availability from 89% to 99.9% and p99 latency from 84% to 99.9%. Integrated SLOs in WorkDocs reducing p99 loading latency from 7.5s to 3.5s. Led full refactor deleting 10K+ lines from monolith.
